Our film is about a mass serial killer, Bill Hasley known as the Ransom Ripper, who stalks on innocent women through his childhood's memories of being beaten. When he was younger his family and himself were in a fire and he was the only survivor, unfortunately he gained third degree burns and scars from this. In school he was bullied by his peers and girls never took a second glance at him. This reveals why the serial killer wears a mask during his killings. However, the case of Kate Young appeared and this is most difficult murder yet..
